  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • Salz
  • 4 Tomaten

Zubereitung:

2. Spinat-Tagliatelle mit Hähnchen

Zutaten:

  • 4 Hähnchenfilets
  • 300g Créme fraîche
  • 2 Porree
  • 40 g Parmesan
  • 800 g Spinat-Tagliatelle
  • Muskatnuss
  • Olivenöl
  • Salz
  • Pfeffer

Zubereitung:

Wascht das Gemüse, Kräuter und Fleisch gut ab und tupft das Fleisch trocken. Danach schneidet das Hähnchen in Streifen und reibt anschließend Parmesan in eine kleine Schüssel. In einer anderen Schüssel Crème fraîche mit 200 ml warmem Wasser verquirlen und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Den Porree in feine Ringe schneiden. Die Spinat-Tagliatelle ca. 6 Minuten in kochendem Wasser garen. In einer großen Pfanne erhitzt ihr das Öl und gebt die Hähnchenstreifen dazu. 3–4 Minuten scharf anbraten und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Danach Porree hinzugeben und anbraten, bis er weich ist. Crème fraîche kurz in der Pfanne aufkochen lassen und die Sauce mit Salz, Pfeffer und etwas Muskatnuss abschmecken. Spinat-Tagliatelle in die Sauce geben und alles gut miteinander vermengen. Zuerst Spinat-Tagliatelle auf den Tellern anrichten, dann könnt ihr die Hähnchen-Porree-Mischung mit Sauce darüber verteilen, mit geriebenem Parmesan bestreuen und genießen.

3. Gemüse-Couscous mit Lachs

Zutaten:

  • 2 Tassen Couscous
  • 4 große Tomaten
  • 2 Zucchinis
  • 2 rote Zwiebeln
  • 2 Fenchel
  • 2 Zitronen
  • 4 Wildlachsfilets
  • Öl
  • Gemüsebrühe
  • Salz
  • Pfeffer
  • Knoblauchpulver
  • Paprikapulver
  • Kräuter nach Belieben

Zubereitung:

Die roten Zwiebeln werden klein geschnitten und in einem großen Wok oder einer großen Pfanne mit Öl erhitzt. Während die Zwiebeln auf kleiner Hitze langsam weich werden, könnt ihr den Fenchel in feine Scheiben schneiden (ohne das Kraut) und zu den Zwiebeln geben. Die Zucchinis und Tomaten würfeln und ebenfalls hinzufügen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Das Gemüse bei kleiner Hitze ein paar Minuten köcheln lassen, bis es weich und der Fenchel bissfest sind. 4 Tassen Wasser mit 6 TL Gemüsebrühe hinzugeben und 2 Tassen Couscous unterrühren. Das Ganze langsam stocken lassen, bis der Couscous fertig ist. Immer wieder rühren. Den Saft einer Zitrone auspressen und ebenfalls unterrühren. Den Couscous mit Salz, Pfeffer, Knoblauchpulver, Paprikapulver und weiteren Gewürzen nach Wahl abschmecken. Das Lachsfilet würzen und in einer Pfanne mit Öl scharf anbraten. Den Gemüse-Couscous auf die Teller geben und den Lach darauf legen.
